What is snagging?

Snagging is a detailed inspection of a new property before or at handover. It lists defects such as paint marks, cracked tiles or faulty fittings, so the developer can fix them under warranty.

Who does the inspection?

An independent snagging company that SnagGO has checked for a trade licence, RERA registration and inspector credentials.

What does the free 2nd visit cover?

Within 60 days, the inspector returns to check that the defects in your report were fixed.

How long until I get my report?

Reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
